Stage3 restrictions in effect from midnight tonight 9am, 30 March 2020

2020年3月30日上午9点（当地时间）澳洲卫生部发布了关于新冠病毒的第三阶段限制令，并从当天午夜开始实施.

As agreed by National Cabinet, gatherings will be restricted to no more than 2 people except for members of your immediate household and for work oreducation.

经由国家内阁讨论同意，不可以有超过两人以上的聚会，除了你的直系家属、工作或学习环境。

Underthe Stage 3 restrictions, the new directions will mean that what was previously advice about staying home, will become enforceable.

在第三阶段限令下，在以往建议之上，待在家中成为必须。

Playgrounds,skate parks and outdoor gyms will also close.

所有的户外健身、滑板场所和户外游玩均将关闭。

hese Stage 3 restrictions will come into effect from 11:59pm Monday 30 March 2020.They will be in place for 4 weeks and reviewed as required.

第三阶段禁令，将从周一，2020年3月30日23:59分实施，并将于实施四周以后进行总结更新。

Ifpeople breach these directions, they face on-the-spot fines of $1,652 for individuals and $9,913 for businesses. Larger fines can also be issued throughthe courts.

如果有人违反禁令规定，他们将会处以现场罚单每人1652澳元，公司处以罚单9913澳元。之后法庭会发出更重的罚单。

We’re also telling Victorians – there are only 4 reasons to be out:

• shopping for what you need - food and essential supplies
• medical, care or compassionate needs
• exercise in compliance with the public gathering requirements
• work and study if you can’t work or learn remotely

维多利亚州的人们，只有在4种情况下可以出门：

· 必须的生活购物 – 食品和生活必需品

· 医疗、照顾或关爱服务的需要

· 在公共场所聚会条款符合之下的锻炼

· 无法通过遥控进行的工作或者学习。

As we deal with this health crisis, we know that for many Victorians it’s aneconomic crisis as well.

That’s why a moratorium on evictions will be introduced for the next 6 months for residential and commercial tenants who are experiencing financial distress due to the impact of coronavirus. This will apply across all states and territories.

这就是为什么我们针对那些由于新冠病毒而面临财政危机的民用和商用租客们，制定了暂停被迫迁移六个月的的规定，而这项规定是针对所有州和领地的。

在卫生部的官方发布之外，政府还强烈建议：70岁以上的老人全部必须待在家中。

为了让澳洲人民第一时间接收到疫情的消息，澳洲政府推出 Coronavirus Australia 防疫APP。

除了提供资讯，这个APP还有很多强大的功能！包括：症状查询，相关建议，新闻更新等等;紧急联络按钮直连救护车和急诊室！在澳人员的安全问题妥妥的。

自从疫情爆发以来，澳洲政府所做的努力是有目共睹的，不管是疫情控制还是经济挽救、人民福利方面，都考虑的非常到位，执行的相当及时，这次直接进入Stage3也反应了澳洲政府对疫情的重视。
